I was pleasantly surprised with the experience I have had with 2Modern. I ordered 2 chairs from Gus and it shipped on time and with an upgrade in white glove that I wasn’t expecting. I ordered a light for my kitchen and my electrician had some questions with the installation and they were very fast to respond (even the contractor was surprised). Really good experience with this company.
I received my order of 5 lamps as promised, however one was broken. They replaced it within 3 days. I was very impressed. I order a lot of lighting and damages can sometimes happen (thanks UPS), and their responsiveness and action was way better than I have experienced with other companies in the past. I highly recommend.
I buy lighting for commercial projects. They always come through for me and haven’t ever had a problem.

I was skeptical after reading some bad reviews but bought from 2Modern because they were substantially cheaper than other sites for the tables I wanted. Unfortunately the tables were delivered damaged by UPS, but Brian in customer service had the damaged one picked up and shipped out a new one with another delivery service. It did take awhile but I wasn’t in a hurry. New one came undamaged and just what I wanted.
